"comment": "Initially, I took my husband to a free hearing test site and he did the basic raise your hand if you could hear me test behind a closed door. The offering price for a hearing aid $3000 no payment plans...\nI had to seek another route..\nMy insurance Edna at the time referred me to this place! After verifying my husband's insurance, the first thing that was done was a visual look into his ear drums with a large monitor so you can see what they see . I was astonished!, so much as so, the lady volunteered and checked my ears on the spot as well!.\nShe sent my husband to the specialist ENT office and said maybe he doesn't need a hearing aid at all due to the wax build up.....we agreed to return to her after the cleaning...\nThe place is comfortable, clean and seem to be organized with their scheduling. The staff is very nice as well.\nYou definitely get the sense of good service here and I would recommend them 100% before you go spending money on a hearing aid because it just may be wax build. Up!",

"comment": "I was a prior customer of Audibel at Best Value before moving nine years ago and later having to purchase a competitive brand, Siemens Signia. One of the Signia hearing aids only lasted ONE MONTH PAST THE WARRANTY OF THREE YEARS this past November. Tracy quickly diagnosed that the aid was not working as there also is fluid in both ears from infection. Tracy is helping coordinate the repair and explaining the warranty costs as both aids will require battery replacement this year. After- the- service sale and being able to talk to a local supplier is critical. I have not been able to find a local Siemens dealer ,even in Charlotte. Tracy's help is valuable in earning my business again as a replacement for whenever these Signia aids fail, which they will. We still are resolving the current repair, and I look forward to Tracy coordinating the changeover. Having a reliable,local dealer who views customers as long-term repeat customers,not a one-time quick sale, is more important than only considering price.",

Excellent staff, never have to wait, not rushed, concerned only about my needs, and very personable, yet professional and knowledgeable. My hearing was tested, my needs evaluated, hearing aids ordered and arrived extremely fast. I was taught how to wear and care for them, how to use the app on my phone, and had all the follow-up appointments and adjustments explained to me. I couldn't be more pleased or ask for better care or service. And although the hearing aids are great, it's the people and the comfortable atmosphere they provide that takes this place over the top!",
